When we met Hucon, it was a successful manpower and HR services company and a growing without looking back since its inception more than a decade ago. It has everything to its credit – a strong repertoire of clients, vast operational scale, a solid bank of resumes and of course a deep understanding of the manpower and the changing nature of employment, staffing and remuneration.
But they lacked one thing – the power of identity and recall.
Turning passive audience into active listeners
Attrition, rejection, loyalty, satisfaction are the words that often occupy the minds of recruiters. To attract their attention, we need to speak this. But there was a minor twist. We started this conversation with the prospective candidates, with the recruiters becoming an indirect audience. The idea was to make them a participant without putting an obligation.
